Costin David

Costin David is a decorated, multilingual veteran of the French Foreign Legion. For the past two decades he has been a security consultant both to governments and private sector entities in Europe, the Middle East, and Francophone Africa. He specializes in investigations, business intelligence, asset tracing, risk management, and physical security. Mr. David has served as an international business development director for the TDS Group, a risk advisory and service consultancy specializing in technical assistance to public and private actors operating in conflict, post conflict, and developing countries in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. Mr. David’s global network of vetted and trusted interlocutors proactively collect information, ascertain risk, and develop action plans to accomplish objectives securely and efficiently, providing clients with discreet solutions to complex situations. Mr. David is a graduate of École des hautes études commerciales de Paris.
